Gözleme is a traditional savory Turkish flatbread and a pastry dish, made of hand-rolled leaves of vegan yufka dough that are lightly brushed, filled with various toppings, sealed, and cooked over a griddle. The name Gözleme originates from the Turkish word “eye”. When you start to cook it, you will see some little brown round shaped spots on it, which gives Gözleme its name.
